Located in Taichung, Taiwan, The Spring is a high-end
residential condominium developed by Pao Huei Property
Development, conceived as a refined sanctuary shaped
by proportion, materiality, and a strong relationship to the
surrounding landscape. Tihany Design was commissioned
to design all public interiors and amenity spaces,
establishing a contemporary residential environment
defined by calm, continuity, and understated elegance.
Inspired by the project’s name, references to nature are
woven throughout the interiors through a soft, nuanced
palette, tactile surfaces, and custom details that foster
a seamless connection between interior and garden. A
vaulted ceiling traces the central axis of the six-meter-high lobby, evoking the sensation of walking beneath a
canopy of trees and reinforcing a sense of serenity across
the shared spaces.
