This is the second time in 11 years that the Michelin-starred Chef has entrusted Tihany Design to reconceive his stage, dining room and bar.
Signature elements begin with the Chef’s cue of a red carpet-style arrival to an exquisite, polished stainless steel-arched entrance, a deliberate extension of the existing neoclassical motif of the restaurant’s interiors. Three adjacent mirrored arches segue to the redesigned lounge area with custom furnishings, ombre red carpet, a color scheme of rich grays, and a spectacular crystal-enhanced, Art Deco-inspired bar designed in partnership with Lalique. The reflectivity of the space illuminates the dialogue between past and present, providing its rich history with a delightful path forward.
