Seabourn Encore Cruise Ship. Seabourn, one of the most prestigious names in small ship cruising, partners with Adam D. Tihany in the design of the newest addition to the fleet, Seabourn Encore. The 300-suite ship extends the relaxed elegance of the existing fleet while featuring an elevated new aesthetic meant to delight every guest, whether it’s a first cruise with Seabourn, or the one hundredth. From impeccable finishes and bespoke furnishings to the hand picked art, Encore delivers luxury cruising on par with the world’s most impressive private yachts. Designed to provide the comfort and familiarity of an onboard living room, the reimagined Seabourn Square features an outward facing concierge encircled by hospitality desks where guests can comfortably meet with a representative to plan their itinerary and future sailing.

The Atrium, with its elliptical double-helix staircase connecting deck 4 to deck 10, is the epitome of Encore elegance. With its subtle yet striking nautical references and bespoke 6-story art installation, every step reiterates the design inspiration seen throughout the ship. The formal dining area, known as The Restaurant, showcases two story atriums echoing the contemporary luxury of the ship, with branch like ceiling structures and brightly colored hand blown glass chandeliers. The Colonnade is a more casual venue with the energy of a marketplace, featuring buffet islands and an exhibition kitchen. The Grill by Thomas Keller, boasting a custom menu created by acclaimed chef of French Laundry and Per Se fame, is the crown jewel of Encore dining. On the top deck, the new Observation Lounge is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass walls and creamy stone flooring and detailed carpet. Above the bar, a large semi-circle skylight draws in additional natural light.
